We know you’re leaving Hennepin County Library, but…

If you’d like to stay in touch with your colleagues, consider joining HCL OFFICIALLY WITHDRAWN (OW).  This is a group of HCL retirees and former employees and it is open to everyone upon leaving HCL.  There are three meetings a year and each provides the opportunity to stay connected with former colleagues, catch up on library news, and possibly become involved in an interesting project.

The projects we’re currently working on include drafting brief historical sketches of each library undergoing renovation/expansion for use in informational brochures produced by Partnerships & Communications, developing exhibits for the display case at Ridgedale, and organizing the Oral History project.

If you are interested in joining OW, complete the form below and we will send you membership information. If you prefer to be notified via U.S. mail include your mailing address in the message part of the form.

We maintain a list of member names, phones numbers and addresses (mail & email) in order to contact people when there is a specific project or important news to share.  In addition, the Library Foundation of Hennepin County is authorized to send one mailing per year to OW members.  Be assured this membership list is not shared with anyone outside of the Foundation.
